Return & Refund Policy
Eligible items may be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Final sale items, gift cards, opened personal care items, perishable goods, and customized products are not eligible for return unless required by law or the item arrives damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Refunds and Exchanges
After the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Exchanges are supported for eligible items when stock is available.
